the other parties be given a copy of the PinPoint data
if I order it on my cases?
Answer: No, only the person
who orders the service receives a copy of the PinPoint
Pro data.
Question: Who can benefit from PinPoint Pro?
Answer: Attorneys, legal assistants, doctors, case managers
and claims people can all benefit from the service. Anybody
that reviews medical and other records will appreciate
PinPoint's sorting, summarization,searching and categorization.
Question: At 20 cents per page, how is the PinPoint Pro
service cost effective?
Answer: PinPoint Pro may allow
an attorney to spot trends and discrepancies in the records
that could make or break their case, which could far outweigh
the cost of the service. Even if nothing major comes out
of the service, the PinPoint data will save the attorney
or record reviewer hours of time when reviewing even moderately
large volumes of records. Remember the service provides
a comprehensive records reviewand record categorization,
either of which is well worth the cost of PinPoint Pro
alone.
Question: Can I add notes to the data in PinPoint
Pro?
Answer: Yes, you can add your own notes to pages and
reviews, and save that data to disk. You can also edit
the reviews/summaries themselves.
Question: Can I print
the records through PinPoint?
Answer: Yes. You can print
using any of the sort and filter methods on the screen.
Question: Can I filter out some of the record locations
while searching or sorting?
Answer: Yes, there is a filter
menu item in the menu bar. You can select/de-select any
of the record locations.
